Are the leathers you use eco-friendly?

The leathers used for our collections are low-chrome tanned

This tanning technique allows us to have beautiful, supple, resistant leathers that offer a good colour fastness and that respect the international environmental standards REACH. 6-free", our leathers do not contain any presence of this harmful chromic agent and strictly forbidden by the international standards. The tanneries we work with use only European pigments, which guarantee health and environmental safety. Furthermore, because it is important for us to offer you top quality products without compromising on respect for people and the environment, we work exclusively with ISO Environment certified tanneries.

I have a crush on a bag but I see that it is out of stock. Will it be available again soon?

Our collection is made up of permanent models with regular restocking throughout the year. So there's a good chance that your favourite bag will be back on the e-shop very soon. To make sure you don't miss it, sign up for our HAPPY LIST to be informed of the restocking and to receive our exclusive offers.

I have a crush on a model. In which shop can I be sure to find it?

However, we cannot guarantee that your favourite bag will be available in the shop of your choice. 

Don't hesitate any longer and order your bag online without fear: all orders are prepared with care and shipped within 48 hours from our Paris office.

I have placed an order but have not received a confirmation email. Has my order been registered?

Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This will detail your order and indicate that it is "on hold" for preparation.

If you have not received a confirmation email, please check that it has not been spammed by your email service

If not, contact usand we will check with you that your order has been validated.

I have already placed my order but I have changed my mind about the colour/model ordered. Can I change my order?

Yes, this is possible if it has not yet been shipped. You can check the status of your order from your customer account. 

To change your order, please contact us and we will give you instructions on how to make the desired changes.

My order is for a gift. Could you gift wrap it?

We hope that your gift will please the lucky recipient! 

Unfortunately, at the moment, we do not offer a "Gift" option and are not in a position to offer this service. However, given the number of requests, we are seriously considering it!

I have not yet received my order. Where is it?

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification by e-mail.

What are your delivery times?

All orders are prepared and shipped with care from our Paris office within 48 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). 

In the event of strong periods, this period may be exceptionally extended. 

Once shipped, thehe delivery time depends on the delivery method chosen.

As an indication : 

    - Point relay: delivery between 5 and 8 days 

    - By post: delivery between 2 and 3 days.

Damn, I made a mistake in my delivery address. What should I do?

Report it to us quickly by contacting us without delay. If the order has not yet been shipped: we will change the address with you.

If the order has already been dispatched: we will be obliged to wait for the return of your order by the carrier.  

Upon receipt, we will be able to ship it back to you, at your expense.

I didn't have time to pick up my parcel at the relay point. Can you send my order back to me?

By selecting the relay point delivery method when you place your order, you have chosen a practical, reliable and economical option

Your parcel is available for 8 days in the relay point of your choice. After that, the parcel is returned to us.

Upon receipt, we will be able to reship the item to you, with shipping costs remaining at your expense.

What should I do if I have not received my parcel?

I have received my order but the product does not suit me. How can I return it?

We are very sorry that the product did not meet your expectations. 

If you wish to return a product, please follow the return procedure for it to be accepted.

I have received my bag and I am delighted with it! How can I best care for it?

We advise you to waterproof your leather bag before use to protect it from stains and rain. 

Repeat the operation regularly to continue to preserve it. 


Leather is a natural and living material that evolves, changes colour, softens and develops a patina over time. 

This is what will make your bag unique and even more beautiful over time! 


It should be protected from moisture and prolonged exposure to intense light or heat.


To maintain your bag throughout its life, regularly apply a special leather nourishing cream (except for suede leather).  

Always test the product on a non-visible part of the bag to see how the leather reacts.

For suede leather, clean with an eraser or a special "suede leather" brush to gently remove dust and dirt.

What is the warranty on Inaden products?

All bags ordered online have a Quality Guarantee for up to 6 months from the date of purchase.

The Quality Guarantee covers what is undoubtedly a manufacturing defect and applies exclusively to the seams and buckles (clasps, buckles and rivets etc.).
