The company INADEN EURL, hereinafter referred to as INADEN, offers products for sale online on its website for the exclusive use of end customers. The present General Conditions of Sale define the relations between INADEN and any person wishing to buy on the e-commerce site, and hereafter called "Customer". Any order placed on the website is thus governed exclusively and without reserve by the present general conditions of sale.

INADEN reserves the right to adapt or modify at any time its general conditions of sale. The version of the general terms and conditions of sale applicable to any transaction is the one appearing online on the site at the time of the order.

1. The Client

The customer is an end consumer, at least 18 years old and legally competent or with parental consent to purchase on the website. The customer is responsible for the data he/she provides when ordering. The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data provided. In case of error in the data provided by the customer, INADEN cannot be held responsible for the impossibility to deliver the product.

2. The Award

All the prices indicated on the website are in Euros and include all taxes for Metropolitan France and the European Union, excluding the cost of processing and shipping. The VAT applied is that in force on the day of the order. Any change in the applicable rate may be reflected in the prices of the products offered. The total price of the order (including all taxes and shipping costs) is indicated on the cart website, before any validation by the customer and final transactions.

INADEN reserves the right to modify the prices at any time. Nevertheless, the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of the order, subject to their availability.

In case of an order to a country other than Metropolitan France and/or outside the European Union, the customer is the importer of the product(s) concerned. In this case, the sales prices displayed are deemed to be exclusive of tax and may not be subject to VAT deduction. In the same case, customs duties, local taxes, import duties or state taxes may be required. These rights and sums are not the responsibility of INADEN and will be entirely at the expense of the importing customer who is responsible for both declaration and payment to the authorities and competent bodies in his country.

3. Products & Availability

The website presents with the greatest care a description of these products to satisfy the customer's information. It is however possible that non-substantial errors appear on the site, which the customer acknowledges and accepts. In case of non-conformity of the delivered product in relation to its description on the site, the customer will be able to either exercise his right of retraction with INADEN which will proceed either to the exchange or, if necessary, to the refund of the price (in whole or in part) invoiced. The products offered on the website are offered within the limits of available stocks. In the case of an unavailability of products noticed after a validation of the order by the customer, INADEN commits itself to inform him within three working days by email. The customer will then be able to modify his choice if he wishes or cancel his order.

4. The Order

The online purchase on the website consists of a strict ordering procedure. The customer must follow different steps to validate his order and buy the products he will have selected in his cart.

The customer has the possibility to check the details of his cart (references, quantities, prices, processing and delivery costs) before validating his order to correct any errors. Any order validated by the customer is worth a sales contract and acceptance without reserve of the present general conditions of sale. Once the payment has been validated, a confirmation email, equivalent to an invoice, is automatically sent to the customer.

INADEN reserves the right to refuse any order placed on its website in the case of a dispute or previous incident relating to the payment of a previous order or which would be in contradiction with the present general conditions of sale. In this case, INADEN will inform the customer by email within 3 working days.

5. Countries Delivered & Delivery Costs

The online sale on the website is now open to France and International. The delivery costs are at the customer's charge, except for exceptional promotions linked to INADEN's commercial policy. When validating the order, the customer indicates the place of delivery in order to calculate the delivery costs that will be applied to cart. 6. Terms of Delivery

Once the order has been validated and paid for, the products are prepared and delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer. This address must be the customer's home address or that of any other natural person of his/her choice. The delivery cannot be made to hotels or post office boxes. INADEN commits itself to dispatch within 48 hours after the order (except during sales or promotional periods) and cannot be held responsible for a delay in delivery and its consequences, which are not its fault. 7. Payment

The amount of the order is due and payable on the day of its validation on the website. INADEN offers several means of payment via the secure platforms of :

Ogone-Ingenico for payments by credit card (CB, Visa or Mastercard)

Alma for 3X payment for French cardholders

Once the order has been validated and at the time of payment, the customer selects their method of payment. Depending on their choice, they are redirected to the secure payment platforms of Ogone-Ingenico, Paypal or Alma.

8. Returns & Refunds

INADEN is committed to offering the customer quality products. 

If, despite this, the customer is not satisfied with the product delivered, he has a period of 10 clear days from the date of receipt to inform us of his request for return. 

To do so, the customer must follow the return procedure indicated in the section Deliveries & Returns.

9. The Quality Guarantee
All products offered on the site benefit from a Quality Guarantee that varies according to the nature of the product.
All bags ordered online are covered by a Quality Guarantee for up to 6 months from the date of purchase. what is undoubtedly a manufacturing defect, applies exclusively to the seams and buckles (clasps, buckles and rivets etc.) and excludes any alteration, ageing and premature damage to the leather. 

Leather is a living material that evolves, changes colour, softens and develops a patina over time. It should be protected from humidity and prolonged exposure to light or too much heat. We recommend the use of care products adapted to the care of natural leathers and if necessary, the help of a specialist.

To claim your Guarantee within the 6 month period, please follow the procedure below:
> Contact us by email in indicating your order number and attaching photos of the product. If your request is accepted, you can return the product to us at your expense, which will be repaired by our partner workshop free of charge within 3 to 5 weeks.
After the Warranty period or if you have purchased your bag from a retailer, your repair request will be reviewed and charged according to the degree of intervention required.If we believe we can repair the product, you may return it to us at your expense and a quotation will be sent to you before any repair is carried out.

If necessary, Inaden products can be taken to a local shoemaker for repair.
10. Responsibility

The products offered comply with current French legislation. It is the customer's responsibility to check with the local authorities in his or her country for the possibility of importing or using the products or services he or she intends to order.

11. Applicable Law - Disputes

All orders are considered as sales contracts and imply the customer's full acceptance of the present general sales conditions, written in French and subject to French law.
